Return Policy and Instructions
  
Our Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have received, you may return them for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. (Note: Dated magazines, kits, and Digital Downloads are nonreturnable.) Return instructions are on the back of your packing slip.

Dated magazines, resource kits, and picture sets are nonreturnable. Shipping instructions: Package carefully and be sure to enclose original packing slip to receive credit. For your protection, we suggest you return merchandise via insured mail, UPS, or other insured carrier. All returns must be prepaid.
