Missions Journey: Students – South Dakota

God called Matt and Amanda Hadden to the Pine Ridge Reservation to serve the Oglala Lakota people. God has faithfully blessed and grown their love of the people and their ministry. Matt and Amanda Hadden lead a ministry team at a Send Relief ministry center in Porcupine, South Dakota. Their goal is to live life among the Oglala Lakota people and guide them to a fully restored life that can only be achieved through a relationship with Jesus Christ. Just as the people of Israel see that God keeps His promises in Joshua 21:45, the Haddens trust in the promises of God as He leads them in ministry and provides again and again. They recognize that God is working in others by using them. He is doing mighty work in them as well.

This fully digital resource contains plans for four sessions, including links to the missions videos, missions project ideas, supplemental activities, prayer activities, and a leader devotion.

This material is designed for students in grades 7–12. WMU recommends adult leaders preview all lesson and video content before sharing it with their students.
