This is a website of Woman’s Missionary Union (WMU). This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which WMU collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by WMU.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

WMU respects your privacy. We do this by taking steps to protect the information you provide to us.

WMU is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not share, rent, or sell your information with any third party outside of our organization other than as necessary to fulfill and ship your order or to respond to law enforcement requests or where required by applicable laws or court orders. For the purpose of better serving and resourcing churches with missions curriculum, we may share contact information of churches only with our state partners (i.e. those with direct responsibilities to WMU missions organizations.)

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, or subscribe to our email lists and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for name, email address, mailing/billing address, phone number, and credit card information.

We will collect this personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information; however, this may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities such as placing an order.

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, operating system, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site.

Our Site is also in compliance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important to WMU. For that reason, we never seek to collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 13. For this reason, you must be 18 or older to order from If WMU discovers a child under the age of 13 has given us personally identifiable information online, we will take all reasonable measures to delete that information from our systems.
