Missions Journey: Students – Refugees: Boston, Massachusetts

Aimee Stucke serves as a Journeyman with Send Relief. Compelled by compassion for international refugees in Boston, Massachusetts, she is responsible for the refugee ministry at the Boston Ministry Center. She mobilizes local churches to welcome families from all over the world, helps them assimilate to Boston, and shows the love of Christ along the way. She shares how Scripture guides the refugee ministry in Boston, specifically Matthew 25:34–36 and Deuteronomy 10:19. Scripture reveals God’s heart for the foreigner and how Christians should respond in love. Aimee challenges students to become involved in international ministry where they live.

This fully digital resource contains plans for four sessions, including links to the missions videos, missions project ideas, supplemental activities, prayer activities, and a leader devotion.

This material is designed for students in grades 7–12. WMU recommends adult leaders preview all lesson and video content before sharing it with their students.
